2. Who is SSC Construction?
SSC Construction was founded by Stephen Hartsell in 2005. SSC was founded
on the premise that custom building does not always equate into square footage.
Stephen works with each client to develop space needs that can range from
1,000-10,000 square feet. As plans and specifications are finalized, “real” cost data is
developed that helps clients plan their project both aesthetically and financially.
As the project moves from “on paper” to “on-site”, selections are tracked and
implemented down to the finest detail. SSC’s goal is to become an advocate and
liaison for the client from concept to completion. SSC further realizes that not all
custom projects start from the ground up. Renovations and Additions offer the same
opportunity for clients to realize and live their dreams. SSC mirrors its new home building
philosophy in it renovation division while respecting the existing living area of its clients.

SSC is a fresh alternative to “boxed building”. Selections are limited only by client imagination and creativity. Project management is conducted in such a way so as to maximize dollars allocated per square foot. Client engagement is at a level that assures you know where your project stands at all times both from a progress and financial standpoint.
